Vera Neel

Vera Neel is an interdisciplinary artist based in New Mexico. Born in Russia, she was deeply influenced by the beauty of Siberian nature. Her artistic soul always sought an outlet through art, which fully materialized after moving to the United States in 2004.
Vera has largely forged her artistic path independently, experimenting with various media and styles, incorporating diverse materials and tools into her work. In addition to painting, Vera is also passionate about the art of wool felting on silk, creating exquisite women’s accessories and clothing. Artemisia is excited to offer a collection of Vera's wearable art at the gallery.
