Ramifications by Ann Haile Carson
Ann Haile Carson is from Roswell, NM, and has been weaving since 1974. She studied extensively in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM, and has participated in juried art shows and exhibited in museums throughout the southwest. You will see the use of specialized techniques in her wearable designs, including Swedish transparencies, Swedish inlay, and lace weaves. Ann says about her weaving: "I try to create timeless garments using quality fibers that are not only beautiful, but make the wearer feel beautiful as well."
